Hayat Omar Hubert is a Community Engagement Specialist with a decade of successful experience in event/program planning, development, and management. A strong believer in living a life of service that has no boundaries of race, creed, or religion. Works hard to take a stand for unity in the community, to serve and take part in forming alliances and partnerships to maximize resources and energy. Hayat regularly works in partnership with other organizations to make a difference in her community doing services such as cooking for the less fortunate, collecting hygiene kits and warm clothing, and community clean up. She regularly volunteers by participating in programs to empower youth.

Her educational qualifications include Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood, Bachelor's Degree in Social Science concentration Sociology and Master's Degree in social work. Hayat enjoys reading and writing poetry and is rarely seen without a smile. Hayat is a member of the Bellefonte Lions Club- Wilmington, Delaware.
