The Global Membership Approach

Past International Director Jerome Thompson has served as a presenter at USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum, as well as numerous leadership forums around the world. In 2021, PID Thompson was appointed by International President Douglas X. Alexander to serve as board appointee for Lions Clubs International. He is also serving as Global Action Team Leader for Constitutional Area 1.

Global Membership Approach:

The Global Membership Approach is a process that assists districts in building teams, creating a common vision for the future, developing a plan, and communicating to gain greater success. Districts that have adopted this process are experiencing 25-30% better results than those who have not. Working together, we can and will expand our footprint of service, engage more volunteers and create more Leadership opportunities.
