This seminar will cover social media and how to promote your club and service project online, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Nextdoor, and other online venues. How do you invite younger people to participate in a way that does not make them feel that they have extra, hidden expectations? How do clubs take advantage of the online opportunities that are especially popular during this pandemic?

Reverend Lion David Greene, First Vice President, Secretary, and

Marketing/Communications Chair for the Katy Lions Club of Texas District 2-S2.

Starting his career in the non-profit world,

Rev. Lion David has served on the boards of directors for non-profits for over a decade. In 2020, he was invited to join the Katy Lions Club while in a fast-food drive-through, and thought it was a great opportunity to step up his giving back.

Lion David is currently in his second term as District IT Chairperson, and last year served as District Marketing Communications Chairperson. Within the Katy Lions Club, he is serving a second term as Secretary and Marketing Communications Chairperson. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Internet Society, which promotes an open society.

Lion David is the First Vice President for the 10th largest Lions Club
